Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log in to your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
